That’s exactly what happens when you try to post every single day.

 

You’re too focused on cranking something out so you don’t miss a day, instead of creating something that actually moves people.

 

Also, creating content and posting every day isn’t sustainable.

Earlier this year, I took a two-week trip to Sweden and Greece with my mom and girlfriend.

 

We were visiting family, exploring new cities, eating amazing food, and making memories I’ll never forget.

 

But here’s what blows people away…

 

On that trip, I didn’t do an ounce of work the entire time. I wasn’t posting every day, doing Instagram stories, or hunting for business.

 

But while I was away, my online business brought in just under $10,000.

 

That didn’t happen because I was hustling in hotel rooms or sneaking away to post content.

 

The way I was able to do that was with Evergreen Content.

 

Evergreen content is the best way to step off the content hamster wheel without your income disappearing from things like ads.

 

You see, most content has an expiration date. A TikTok, an Instagram reel, or Facebook post is gone in about 24 hours.

 

Meanwhile things like blogs, podcasts, or YouTube videos live on forever.

But they’re not scrolling Instagram hoping they’ll somehow stumble across your post. 

 

They’re searching for it on Google or YouTube and if you’re not there, you’re invisible.

Here’s exactly how I do that…

 

How to post consistently without burning out

 

Every month, I batch four YouTube videos and I write them out as full, word-for-word scripts so I know exactly what to say when I hit record.

 

This takes a bit longer to create the content upfront compared to bullet points, but it makes recording and editing SO MUCH faster.

 

I spend about two hours recording my content, once a month. That’s it. 

 

My VA handles the editing and uploading, so I don’t need to do it myself anymore.

 

But even if I was on my own, I would still follow this batching method.

 

Each script is built around three to five main teaching poi nts. 

 

And every one of those points can be repurposed into standalone posts for LinkedIn, Instagram captions, or even emails to my list.

 

 

Or they can be clipped straight from the final edit into short-form video posts that can be scheduled every day.

 

Because I’m already writing a detailed script for YouTube, I take that exact same script, optimize it for SEO, and publish it as a blog post on my site.

 

I’ll even strip the audio and release it as a podcast episode as well.

 

So from one piece of content, I get: 

 

  • A YouTube video
  • A blog post
  • A podcast episode
  • Three to five short-form posts both written and video

 

And my VA helps with the editing and publishing of the content which saves me a ton of time.

 

Because of this system, we’re able to post every single day across multiple platforms.

 

I’m not chained to my content anymore because we always stay a couple of weeks ahead.

 

I just chip away at my scripts, have one solid recording session, and my business stays visible every single day without me burning out.

 

This isn’t about hustling harder. It’s about creating leverage. 

 

When you can build a simple system that’s easy to maintain, you’ll stay consistent, visible, and avoid burning yourself out trying to grow your business.

 

At the end of the day, posting every single day isn’t what builds a profitable coaching business—strategy does.
