Feeling overwhelmed is one of the most unhealthy things we can do and really one of the most unproductive things as well.
When you don't use these 3 key elements to stop feeling overwhelmed, you're much more at risk for experiencing some or all of these symptoms:
- Low energy.
- Upset stomach, including diarrhea, constipation, and nausea.
- Aches, pains, and tense muscles.
- Chest pain and rapid heartbeat.
- Frequent colds and infections.
- Loss of sexual desire and/or ability.
That sucks! But fear not.
